He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hall Johnson; his children, Lynne Elrod, Bruce L. Johnson (Charnell), Lora Taylor (Steve) and Mary Carol Knight (Kerry); his grandchildren, Jamie Kellow (Sherman), John Elrod, Aubrey, Mallory, Heath, Luke Johnson, Megan, Kyle Taylor (Macy), Mary Grace, Hannah, Addison, Caleb and Joseph Knight; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Emma, Erin Kellow, Allison Alford (Cory), Andrew, Bryce Elrod and Brooks Taylor; his great great grandchildren, Phenix and Wrenn Elrod; and his nephews, Greg and Steve Johnson.
