She was predeceased by: her birth parents, Betty Clara Brown Francis and Clyde Francis; her parents, Ruby and Fred; her grandfather Holden; and her siblings, James Foster Francis, Joel Leon Francis and Betty Louise Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Jason M. Neely (Terri) and Kristy S. Cody (Evan); her grandchildren, Dylan G. Kelton, Dalton L. Odom, Sophie F. Odom, Katelyn E. Porch and Summer R. Beaver; and her great grandchild Cassidy R. Beavers.
