He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Birdie" Adams; his children, Michael Adams (Lora) of Murfreesboro and Michele Neal of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Kyle Adams of Murfreesboro, Kendall Adams of Murfreesboro, Chelsea Hoag of Murfreesboro, Jacob McCollom (Shelby) of Murfreesboro and Zack Neal of Murfreesboro; his siblings, Wayne Adams of Pensacola, FL, Doris Ann Hurney of New Port Richey, FL, Brenda Dill (Mel) of Hartsville, TN and Ruth Adams of Murfreesboro; and his cousin Phillip Adams.
