He is survived by: the mother of his children Dianne Earley; his children, Timothy Lynn Earley (Shannon) and Kimberly Dianne Duggin (Chad); his brother Gene Earley of Livermore, CA; his grandchildren, Brittany Morris (Michael), Josh Earley (Heidi), Savana Earley, Alex Duggin, Austin Duggin and Ethan Duggin; and his great grandchildren, Elaina Morris, Wesley Jones and Evelyn Morris.
