He was predeceased by: his parent Willard Kenneth. He is survived by: his parent Anna Jane Vowels Cubbage; his wife Delores Merritt Cubbage; his children, Kenneth Wayne Cubbage, Jr. and Anna Marie Davis; his stepchildren, Jeremy Wayne Fortner, David Shawn Fortner and Vickie Lynn Richardson of Bristol, TN; and his siblings, Joseph C. Cubbage of Houston, TX, Barbara Ann Ehringer of White House, TN, Shirley Jane Green of Murfreesboro, TN and Mary Finney of Hermitage, TN.
