He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ward and Maggie Howell Ward; his stepmother Annis Ward; his daughter Sandra Ward Horton; and his siblings, Mamie Glover, Bessie Doss, Onie Garner, Jewell Andrews, Albert, Robert, Lee, Clinton, Johnny and Tom Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his daughters, Sheila Nattress (Tom) and Sheryl Williams (Sean); his grandchildren, Brad Nattress (Crissy), Jared Nattress (Garet), Drew Horton and Kristen Williams; and his great grandchildren, Dillon and Cole Nattress.
