He is survived by: his wife Linda Waller Rader; his daughters, Jenny Barham (Spencer) of Louisville, KY, Lori Perree (Frankie) and Kerri Capps (John); his grandchildren, Easton, Camille, Claire Barham, Madeline, Talia Bundick, Hannah Wallen and Kendall Capps; his siblings, Martha Ann Rader and Kenneth Rader; and his mother-in-law Martha Waller.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Green Hill Baptist Church in his memory.
