With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maggie Elizabeth Vaughn (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), born in Rutherford, Tennessee, who passed away on July 23, 2018 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Allen Vaughn; her children, Dorris Vaughn, Roger and Jerry Vaughn; her parents, William Robert Layne and Annie Lee Beasley Layne; and her siblings, Tommy Layne, Larry Layne, Robert Layne and Annie Layne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Geraldine Vaughn of Murfreesboro and Darlene Davis (Bobby) of Murfreesboro; and her grandchildren, Rachael DeLair (Walt) of Hartsville, Stacy Jones (David) of Texas, Vicky Frizzell (Shane) of Murfreesboro, Melanie Kinsinger of Kansas, Carrie Cawthorn of Murfreesboro and Brandy Stokes (Josh) of Christiana. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson.
