She was predeceased by: her parents, Noi Meinphilom and Boun Meinphilom; and her husband Khamphanh Louangrath. She is survived by: her children, Tina Phommyvong, Manichanh Rattavong, Leann Itsaleumsack, Dalen Louangrath, Phile Louangrath and Thui Louangrath; and her sister Beng Saisanavong. She is also survived by many grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
