She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Rowell; her son Wayne Rowell of Jacksonville, FL; and her parents, Josiah Wallis and Lillah Wallis. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Paschal of Murfreesboro, TN and Lyle Paschal (Allison); and her granddaughter Lauren Martin (Blake). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Following the deaths of her son and husband to Alzheimer's disease, she dedicated her time to the Alzheimer's Association by serving on the Alzheimer's board at the Saint Clair Senior Center in Murfreesboro, and additionally giving her time to Caregivers Support Group and Grief Support Group through Saint Clair as well.
