He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Retta Lott Walton of Elizabeth City; his children, Hannah Elizabeth Walton, Audrey Brook Walton, Troy Andrew Walton (Brittany) of Virginia Beach, VA and Chandler Stephen Walton of Elizabeth City; his grandchild Drew Joshua Walton of Chesapeake, VA; his brothers, Wayne William Walton of Portsmouth, VA, Scott Douglas Walton of New Mexico and Paul David Walton; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Shanton, Kelley Shanton, Katie Shanton, Jeffrey Walton, Andrew Walton and Sean Walton.
