She was predeceased by: her parent Clyde M. Caffy; her son Philip P. Mankin, Jr. (Phlip); and her brothers, Charles R. Caffy and William E. Caffy. She is survived by: her parent Delores Ready Caffy (Teeny); her husband Philip P. Mankin of LaVergne; her daughter Dawn Mankin (Richard Andrews) of Smyrna; her grandchildren, Terra Andrews of LaVergne and Ryan Mankin (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Henley and Houston; and her brother Rick Caffy (Beth) of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of floral tributes the family would like donations to be made to Alive Hospice in honor of Mrs. Mankin.
