She is survived by: her children, Johnny Wade Sr., Dwight Wade, Trevell Brown (Alexis) and Tamia Brown; and her siblings, Betty Wade (James), Deborah Evans (Anderson), James (Emma), Larry and Jerry Osborne. She is also survived by Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
