He is survived by: his wife Brada McMahan Conklin; his siblings, Jimmy Conklin (Sharon), Tim Harris and Becky Owen (Scott); his son Daniel Conklin; his grandson Hayden Smith; his siblings-in-law, Barry McMahan and Rhonda McMahan; his aunt Sarah McClarin; his sons, Jerry Eaton (Julie), Jeff Eaton (Angie), Papa Mike, Sara, Drew, Emily and Conner; his brother John; and also, Phil McClarin (Sarah), Greg McClarin, Robert Ramsey (Jewell) and Mairlyn Brady.
