She is survived by : her children, Jeanette Kermick (Herbert) of Prattville, AL, Suzanne Chen (James) of Hixson, TN, Martin Cayce of Lascassas, TN and Randall Hazlewood; her daughter-in-law Joan Hazlewood of Johnston, IA; and her grandchildren, Gerry, Michael Kermick, Katherine Newcombe, Sam, Nicholas, Sarah, Christopher and Jimmy Hazlewood. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
