He is survived by: his wife Susan Hale Jacobs; his children, Tammy Garner (John) of Woodbury, Johnny Jacobs (MaryLee) of Murfreesboro and Tara Gambill (Ben) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Ginger Donahoo, Tara Lowe, Tessa McGowan, Tyler Jacobs, Collin Jernigan, Taylor Jernigan and Beckett Gambill; and his siblings, Dorris Jacobs (Peggy) of Lebanon, Jim Jacobs (Roseanne) of Murfreesboro, Linda Brandon of Murfreesboro, Dottie Caldwell (Thomas) of Murfreesboro and Betty Rose of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
