She was predeceased by: her sons, Darrell Knox and David Knox; her parents, Arminda Douglas Bynum and Monroe Bynum; and her siblings, Willie Mae Duke, Earnest Holmes Bynum, J. D. Bynum, Grady Bynum, Ruth Reynolds, Bobby Bynum, Helen Campbell and Cliffton Bynum.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Knox of Murfreesboro; her children, Cheryl Franklin (David) of Bradyville and Forrest Knox (Nichi) of Mt. Juliet; her daughter-in-law Holly Knox of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Jason Franklin (Shannon), Rachel Franklin Kelly, Jared Franklin, Mark Franklin (Diana), Camille Knox (Charlie Sanders), Alexandra Knox, Portia Knox, Robert David Knox and Elijah Douglas Knox; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Franklin (Morgan), Hailey Franklin, Michael, Joshua Kelly, Lucy, Isaiah, Samuel and Zelie Franklin.
