Peggy Phipps Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2019, at the age of 90, Peggy Phipps (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), born in Springfield, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Phipps, Sr.; her siblings, Raleigh Weaver, James Weaver, Buck Weaver, Margaret Owens, Mary Katherine Davis and Martha Anderson; and her son-in-law Leonard Riggins.

She is survived by: her children, Howard "Lee" Phipps, Jr. of Murfreesboro and Naomi Riggins of Springfield; her grandchildren, Wade Riggins, Tim Riggins and Clay Riggins; and her great grandchildren, Addison Riggins, Jenna Claire Riggins, Warren Riggins, Wesley Riggins and Walker Riggins.
