He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mummel and Velma Mummel; and his brothers, Edward and Duward Mummel. He is survived by: his wife Edith Mummel; his sons, Ronnie Mummel (Patsy) of Murfreesboro and Donnie Mummel of Smyrna; his brother Larry Mummel of Mode, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Ronald Mummel, Kevin Mummel (Marsha), Brandon Mummel (Sonya), Elizabeth, Brittany, Crystal, Justin, Jeremy Mummel and Joshua McCormick (Becca). He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
