He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James Harrell and Pauline Brandon Harrell; his siblings, James Harrell and Betty Kate Hollis; and his son-in-law Steve Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his daughters, Cheryl Fisher and Heather Blackburn (Keith); his grandchildren, Jennifer Crouse (Isaac), Josh Fisher (McKenna), Emily Blackburn, David Blackburn and Kathryn Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Rowan and Aubree Fisher; and his siblings, Billy Harrell (Nancy) and Clara Adams.
