He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Johnson of Murfreesboro; his mother-in-law Ann Wilson of Lafayette; and his brothers, Harold Johnson of Smyrna, Ernest (Elaine Johnson, Jr.), Kenneth Johnson (Patty) of Smyrna, Donald (Karen Johnson) and Mike (Vicky Johnson). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
