He is survived by: his wife Janice Thompson; his children, Jason Thompson of Murfreesboro and Amanda Hoover (Shane) of Murfreesboro; his brother Monti Manning; his grandchildren, Michael, Elijah, Eddie Hoover, Vicki, Savannah and Abby Herman; and his great grandchild Harrison Dean Porter.
