He is survived by: his wife Tina McCullough; his children, Rick McCullough (Shanna Odom) of Nashville, Jamie Hyden of Nashville and Crystal Thompson of Murfreesboro; his siblings, Jerry "Peanut" Gammon (Susan) of Murfreesboro, Johnny Victory (Brenda) of Murfreesboro, Terry Chumbly of Florida and Amy Lefner (Michael) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Dawson McCullough, Kyle McCullough, Desiree McCullough, Breanna Barnes, Tyler McCullough, Devin Braswell, Kearra McCullough, Hannah Thompson and Joseph Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Sophia McCullough and Grayson McCullough. He is also survived by one brother, and two sisters.
