He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Benton Allman and Etta Mae Miller Allman; his wife Mildred Stewart; his siblings, Benton Allman of Lewisburg and Thelma Epperson of California; and his child Clarence Hayden Nixon of Walnut Creek, CA.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Jean Thompson, Bobby Stewart Allman of Murfreesboro and Judy F. Nixon; his grandchildren, Nick Nixon of Murfreesboro, Jeff Nixon of Murfreesboro, Theresa Long of Murfreesboro and Connie Sullins of Murfreesboro; and his great grandchildren, Alex Nixon of Murfreesboro, Travis Nixon of Murfreesboro, Cecily Sullins of Murfreesboro, Jeremy Mosley of Murfreesboro, Daphne Carroll of Murfreesboro and Erin Long of Murfreesboro.
