She is survived by: her husband Ricky Nicholson; her children, Dustin Nicholson (Jaclyn) and Destiny Harrell (Brandon); her grandchildren, Christian, Carsyn Casey, Colton and Elizabeth Harrell; her siblings, Cathy Fisher (Ricky), Debra Hicks (Tim) and William Presley (Michelle); and her close friend Carolyn Bikel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
