He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lance and Daisy Pauline Jones Lance. He is survived by: his son Jason Dale Lance; his sister Vicki Henson; his daughters, Tonya Odom of Gallatin and Jessica Lance of Madisonville, KY; his grandchildren, Dylan Odom of Gallatin and Olivia Odom of Gallatin; and his siblings, Joy Hudson of Hendersonville, Jerry Lance of Waverly, Don Lance of Madison, Gary Lance of Murfreesboro and Phillip Lance of Madison.
