He is survived by: his parent Helen Lewellyn Howell; his son Todd Howell of Murfreesboro; his granddaughter Hannah Gee of McKinney, TX; and his brother Roger Howell (Glenda) of Tyler. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew, and a host of other loving family and friends.
