He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Otto Kloes, Sr. and Shirley Ann Davison. He is survived by: his wife Theresa A Kloes; his sons, Russell O Kloes (Haley) and Reese O Kloes; his grandchildren, River Kloes and Gracie Davenport; his siblings, Richard Kloes, Jr. (Sandy), Jackie Brandt (Mark), Karen Lynch, Todd Smith (Anita) and Eden Smith (Jennifer); and his stepmother Sue Kloes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
