He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie M. Garrett and Lucille Spann Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Robbie Cathey Garrett; his children, Susan Jones (Chris) and Pat Garrett of Murfreesboro; his sister Joyce Price of Mt. Juliet, TN; and his pet Gracie.
