He was predeceased by: his stepfather Duff G. Maynard; his brother Mark E. Burdick; his grandparents, Richard, Rose Burdick, Harry and Rose Biery; and his cousin Raymond Davy.
He is survived by: his son Blake Burdick; his parents, Mary Ann Maynard and George R. Burdick; his siblings, Charles Burdick (Renae) and Sherry L. Lemerand; his grandfather Chuck Cazzola; and his siblings' children, Taylor Burdick, Tyler Burdick, Zac Lemerand and Caitlyn Burdick. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
