She is survived by: her husband Donald Putz; her children, Janice Hoak (Reed) and Troy Connor; her sister Judy Bolado; her grandchildren, Matthew Hoak, Heather Malle and Chase Connor; her great grandchild Matthew Malle; and her pet Ava Jane.
