She is survived by: her children, John Puckett (Angela) of Murfreesboro, Susan Matthews of Shelbyville and Matt Matthews of Shelbyville; her former husband Neal Puckett; her grandchildren, Erica Bowman, Jonathan Puckett, Amanda Puckett Morgan, Darian Smith, Sydney Matthews and Amy Matthews; her great grandchildren, Isiah, Zachariah Bowman and Andrew Morgan; and her brother Donnie Tucker (Faye) of Smyrna.
