She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Lee Gipson; and her parents, Lena Crabtree Perry and Bailey Perry. She is survived by: her sons, Bailey Gipson (Helen) of Murfreesboro, Joseph Gipson (Donna) of Smyrna, Mark Gipson of Murfreesboro and Mike Gipson (Karen) of Manchester; and her brother Hubert Perry (Glenda) of Estill Springs. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

For those who so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be the charity of one's choice.
