He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Williams and Victoria Williams; his brother Ramon Dennis Williams, Jr; and his grandson Eli Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Victor L. Williams, Jr. (Kristie) of Athens and Gary D. Williams (Cindy) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings, James Anderson Williams of Social Circle, Georgia and Pamela Williams Hatcher of Jonesboro, AR.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Eli's Block Party Childhood Cancer Foundation.
