She was predeceased by: her parents, Odas Harlow and Meadie Belle Harlow; her husband Jere Frazier Daly; and her son Jason Craig Daly. She is survived by: her son Steven Anthony Daly (Anna); her grandchildren, Declan Daly and Molly Daly; her daughter-in-law Renea Mason Daly; her sons, Evan Mason and Alex Mason (Jaclyn); and her siblings, Betty Lassiter, Darlene Harlow, Barbara Smith (JR Walker), Bob Harlow (Paula) and Bill Harlow (Pam). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Residence of Steve and Anna Daly (4079 Twin Oaks Ln, Antioch, TN 37013).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Backlight Productions - Theater Arts for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at https://backlightproductions.org in Vicky's name, in honor of her granddaughter Molly, who is a Backlight actor.
