She is survived by: her brother Charles Mullins; her daughters, Debbie Kaye Warren of Murfreesboro, Sherry Lynn Britton (Justin) of Murfreesboro and Donna Rae Hofferbert (Stanley) of Smyrna; her grandchildren, Mitchell Ray Warren (Danielle) of North Carolina, Ashley Michelle Wellman (Tyler) of Murfreesboro, Taylor Dean Jackson of Nashville, Brianna Paige Britton, Haley Marie Wise (Nicholas) of Murfreesboro, Heather Lynn Hofferbert of Smyrna and Jacob Austin Hofferbert of Smyrna; her siblings, Ann Vandagriff (Ronnie) of Alabama, Vaughn Sain (Carla) of McMinnville and Steve Sain (Debbie) of McMinnville; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Elrod (Jerry) of McMinnville and Linda Cantrell of McMinnville.
