She was predeceased by : her parents, Charley Alexander Walker and Martha Clarinda Johnson Walker; and her husbands, William Forsythe and Ed Fussell. She is survived by : her daughters, Regina Forsythe and Ella Forsythe of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
