He is survived by: his mother Amanda Culpepper Pitts; and his siblings, Jerry Pitts, Ricky Pitts, Tim Pitts (Lanie), Judy Schrader (Glenn), Nellie Spain (Mason), Rita Hollandsworth (Larry), Sherry Crownover, Dianne Stem and Joyce Hudson (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
