He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnice Woodroof Sr. and Annie Lee Woodroof; his wife Barbara Lynn Woodroof; his brothers, James Woodroof and Burnice Woodroof Jr.; and his children, Debbie Johnson, Denise York and Kevin Woodroof.
He is survived by: his siblings, Willam "Bill" Woodroof and Shirley Reddin (Joe); and his children, Melissa Woodroof (Tony Evans), Steve Medley and Diane Hall (Ricky). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Franklin Road Baptist Church as witnessing to others was very dear to his heart.
