He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Lillian Spain Cotton; his wife Frances England Cotton; his daughter Bonita Joy Smith (Kenneth) of Orlando, FL; his sister Joy Claghorn of Miami, FL; his stepchildren, Jimmy McDougald of Murfreesboro, Timmy McDougald of Murfreesboro and Kathy Daugherty of Murfreesboro; and his granddaughter Dawn Smith.
