He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Bill Rascoe (Carole) of Murfreesboro; his siblings, Paul Wayne Rascoe of Searcy and Wilma Pipkins (Bob) of McRae, AR; his brothers-in-law, Fred Hamilton (Beatrice) of Seneca, SC and Harry Hamilton (Angela) of Seneca, SC; and his wife Frances Rascoe. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
