She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson Franklin and Sarah Campbell Vaughan; her godparents, Frank and Martha Shuler; her former husbands, W. O. Floyd, Jr. and Daniel Barge, Jr.; her brother Billy Vaughan (Becky); her son W. O. Floyd; her stepdaughter Marianne Wightman (Bob); and her close friend Laddie Neil.
She is survived by: her husband William Oliver Floyd, Jr.; her children, Frank Floyd (Linda), Felice Oldacre (Bill) and Allison Bhandari (Nick); her stepchildren, Daniel Barge, Tommy Barge, Nancy Summers, Betty Primm and Sally Hawley; and her caregivers, Donza White, Beliyou Kebede, Sheila Hall, Tiffany White and Bridgette Bunch. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church, the Horticultural Society of Middle Tennessee (HSMT), Nashville Tree Foundation or a charity of your choice.
