She was predeceased by : her parents, William Fletcher and Mable Eloise Johnson. She is survived by : her husband William "Butch" Mitchell; her sisters, Karen Linton and Celeste O. Norfleet; and her son-in-law Charles Norfleet.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park (660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204).
