She was predeceased by: her former husband Sam; her boyfriend Ed Collins; her parents, Gus Richards and Georgia Richards; her siblings, Dorothy J. Ellis (Jody), Gus Richards Jr. (Rebecca) and Bobby Richards Sr. (Judy); and her sister-in-law Linda Richards (Roger).

She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Patty) and Kirk; and her siblings, Peggy Fielder (Bob) and Dr. Roger Richards (Linda).
