She was predeceased by: her parents, William McGehee and JoReed McGehee (Slaughter); her son Jerry Wayne Wiles; her brother-in-law Lloyd Tucker; and her nephew Bill Tucker.
She is survived by: her husband G. W. Smith, Jr.; her children, Mary Downey (Dennis), JonThomas Wiles (Erica), Cindy Lee (Kenny) and Greg Smith; her sisters, Pat Petrie (George) and Rebeccah Tucker; and her siblings' children, Vicky Noffsinger (Matt) and Greg Petrie (Amy). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
