She is survived by: her husband Boualam Phenvongsa; her children, Rick Phenvongsa, Somphanh Steelman and Padab El-Alayli; her grandchildren, Chance Phenvongsa, Jade Steelman, Katelyn McWhorter, Syler Phenvongsa, Brady Phenvongsa, Ujin Phenvongsa and Victoria Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Leo Phenvongsa and Lehlani Phenvongsa.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home & Cremation Service (2627 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
