He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee Jennette and Orbie Catherine Jennette; his siblings, Judy Marie Eades and Jesse James Jennette; his grandson Henry Noah Perkins; and his great grandchild Jaxson Wyatt Jennette.

He is survived by: his significant other Rachel Ella; his children, Anthony Brian Jennette, Malcolm Owen Jennette (Diane), Russell Lee Jennette (Debra), Melody Kay Westerman (Randall) and Leanne Jennette-Cathey (Wayne); and his brother Albert Lee Jennette Jr.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home & Cremation Center (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM.
