He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Russell Flanagan, Sr. and Genevieve Brownfield; and his siblings, Jim Brownfield and Susan Flanagan Wright. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Robert Sean Flanagan (Reena) and Kellie McIntyre (Dale); his grandchildren, Brennan Flanagan, Delaney Tapscott (William), Riley McIntyre, Chipper Smith and Caitlyn Smith; his siblings, Mary Parrish, Ray Flanagan (Angie), Patricia Flanagan, Bill Brownfield (Beverly), Willia Hennigan (John) and Joe Brownfield; and his friends, Dennis and Gloria Jenkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnels to Towers, Victory Baptist Church, or Charity of Choice.
