She is survived by: her children, Michael Abernathy (Tiffany) and Michele Baird (Michael); her stepdaughter Kacey Mosley; her granddaughters, Peyton Abernathy, Alison Farmer (Clayton), Caitlin Baird, Cheldin Baird and Jaqueline Sewell (Preston); her sister Pat Whitley (Ray); and her pets, Penelope and Sylvester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
