He was predeceased by: his father Mac Daugherty; and his brother Gerald Wayne Daugherty. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Daugherty of Nashville, TN; his brother Frank Daugherty (Bonnie) of Chattanooga, TN; his stepdaughter Brittanne Hayes of Dickson, TN; his niece Tamara Sanders (William) of Soddy Daisy, TN; his stepgrandchildren, Reese and Kennedy; and his great-niece Lillian Sanders.
